Bangkok is a city built on a swamp and the evidence you can still see.
Bangkok has many bodies of water including the Chao Phraya river, multiple
canals and lakes. All of these pictures were taken within Bangkok city
limits. Feel free to use any of these
photographs as a desktop background or wallpaper.

More about the Photos & Video
These photos were the first photos I took with my new Nikon D90 with the kit
lens. I have no photography experience other than a class around 15 years
ago in high school. I am learning to use the D90 to improve the quality of
my pictures as evidenced with these Bangkok at Water photos compared to the rest
of the photos I took in the past with inferior point-and-shoot cameras.
The video is actually an example of time lapse photography in which I took
pictures at 3 second intervals for around an hour and streamed them at 24 frames
per second. The Nikon D90 does NOT have a built intervalometer so I had to
purchase a 3rd party remote timer with built in intervalometer which makes time
lapse photography possible.
Satechi TR-M Remote Control which is compatible with many camera models
from all the major manufacturers.
